Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Increase the awarenessand presence of the Jumia Force network in the regions. Train Jumia Forceconsultants on Jumia Force basics.
  • Re-train and guide activeconsultant to level up.
  • Create a sense ofbelonging & develop Jumia Force consultants’ B2C strategies in the region.
  • Address Jumia Forceconsultants’ specifics issues.
  • Creation of daily fieldreports
  • Proactively recommendcreative communications for Jumia Force consultants.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven and demonstrableField Work & Sales experience with a strong portfolio
  • Possession of creativeflair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality
  • Ability to understand salesdynamics and present creative solutions, as well as communicate and presentideas
  • Highly proficient andable to prioritise workflow
  • Professionalism,attention to details and deadline oriented
  • Flexibility and willingnessto learn and improve - no big egos required.
